JUST BREATHE
49 words
“Uggggh!” shouted Ella at breakfast.
She squeezed her eyes, scrunched her mouth, and clenched her fists.
“Just breathe,” said big sister Lily.
“I can’t.”
“Try.”
“No.”
“In, two, three, four,” said Lily. “Out, two, three, four.”
“Maybe,” said Ella, opening one eye.
She breathed.
Smiled.
Clapped.
And hugged Lily.
